According to the provisions of the "Pilot Measures for Open-end Securities Investment Funds", the registration of open-end fund shares can be handled by fund managers, or entrusted by commercial banks or other institutions recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The registration of open-end funds by commercial banks shall be examined and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the People's Bank of China.
