Whose counselor is Lu Su?

Lu Su is Sun Quan's counselor. After Zhou Yu's recommendation, he became Sun Quan's staff officer and made a strategic plan for Sun Quan's achievements in imperial industry very early, which was highly valued by Sun Quan.
