China Agricultural Reclamation (Group) Corporation was established with the approval of the State Council in 1980. Directly under the Ministry of Land Reclamation, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It is a state-owned agricultural enterprise established by China Agricultural Reclamation System, and the governing unit of China Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise Association. Enterprises managed by the state, that is, state-owned enterprises.
In 2009, Zhongken Company was merged into China Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., a state-level comprehensive agricultural enterprise, and became its wholly-owned subsidiary. 20 13 China agricultural development group international agricultural cooperative development co., ltd merged into zhongken company.
