AOI is a new detection technology, but it has developed rapidly, and many manufacturers have introduced AOI detection equipment. In the process of automatic inspection, the machine automatically scans the PCB through the camera and collects images. Compare the tested solder joints with the qualified parameters in the database. After image processing, detect the defects on PCB, and display/mark the defects through display or automatic sign for maintenance personnel.
