Article 3 of the Working Procedures of the Audit Committee on Mergers, Acquisitions and Reorganizations of Listed Companies of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
According to the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Securities Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and administrative regulations and the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the M&A and Reorganization Committee shall review the application documents of the applicant and the preliminary report of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
