What is the internal pressure creep test method of zirconium alloy pipe?

202 1, 1, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China issued the Internal Pressure Creep Test Method for Zirconium Alloy Pipe, which is the standard of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China's non-ferrous metal industry. According to GB/T 1 1-2020 Guidelines for Standardization, Part 1: Structure and drafting of standardized documents. Proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals (SAC/TC243), the drafting units are Western New Zirconium Nuclear Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, Suzhou Thermal Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., Xi 'an Hantang Analytical Testing Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Wanside Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. and Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute.

The relevant contents of the internal pressure creep test method for zirconium alloy tubes are as follows:

I. Scope:?

It is suitable for internal pressure creep test of zirconium alloy pipeline, and can also be used as reference for internal pressure creep test of other metal pipelines.

Two. Principle:?

Connect one end of the sealed sample to the pressurization system, and the test environment should be protected by vacuum or inert atmosphere. After heating to the test temperature, a constant test force was added to the pipeline with inert gas as the medium and kept for a certain time to measure the mechanical properties such as creep and elongation of the outer diameter.

Three. Materials required:

Inert gas: the volume fraction is not less than 99.99%, and argon is recommended.

High-pressure sealing sleeve: hard sealing is recommended, the sealing pressure is greater than the test pressure P, and it is recommended not to be less than 50MPa.

Four. Test equipment:

1. Force measuring system

Testing machine: The testing machine should be able to apply test pressure to the sample, and the pressure fluctuation should not be greater than 0.5MPa.

Pressure measuring system: The accuracy of the pressure measuring system should reach Class 05 or higher.

2. Deformation measurement system

Outer diameter deformation measurement system: the measurement accuracy of optical or laser measurement system should reach 0.005 mm or better.

Micrometer: the measuring accuracy should be 0.0 1 mm or better than 00 1 mm.

Vernier caliper: the measurement accuracy should be 0.02 mm or better.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) test steps:

1. Test conditions:

240h variable test conditions: test temperature T=400℃+3℃, reference stress σ= 130MPa+ 10MPa, test time t240h1h.

Other test conditions meet the product standards.

2. Loading and heating of samples

2. 1. Seal the sample with a sealing sleeve.

2.2. The test force can be applied in the following two ways.

A) Real-time measurement method: When measuring the creep elongation or inelastic deformation of the outer diameter, first put the sealed sample on a testing machine, and apply a preload test force to the sample with inert gas as the medium. The preload test force should not be greater than the test pressure. See 8.3. 1 for the calculation of test pressure. Check the tightness by whether the pressure value is constant, and unload the test force after completion;

B) End point measurement method: When only the creep elongation of the inelastic deformation outer diameter is measured, inert gas is used as a medium to apply a test force inside the sample. See 8.3. 1 for the calculation of test pressure. Check the tightness by whether the pressure value is constant, put the sealed sample on the testing machine, and do not unload the test force after completion.

3. After the inspection, the sample chamber should be evacuated or filled with gas for protection, and the working vacuum degree of vacuum protection should be not less than 5x 10-2Pa, and the temperature should be raised to the specified test temperature range.

Note: When the end point measurement method in 8.2.2b) is adopted, the application of test force in 8.3.3 and the reference outer diameter for continuous measurement of sample deformation in 8.42 of this document are not involved.
