Notice on standardizing the installation fee standard of pipeline gas in the main city of our city
Pipeline gas business enterprises and real estate development and sales enterprises in the main city of this Municipality:
In order to promote the healthy development of urban pipeline gas industry and standardize the charging behavior of gas initial installation fees for pipeline operating enterprises, according to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the Provincial Government on Publishing 4 1 item involving real estate development fees and fund projects and the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Natural Gas Prices in Hebei Province (for Trial Implementation), through research, we hereby notify the relevant matters concerning the standardization of pipeline gas initial installation fees in the main urban areas of our city as follows:
A, pipeline gas installation fee is composed of public * * pipe network construction fee and courtyard pipe network construction fee, of which public * * pipe network construction fee is mainly used for the construction of pipe network facilities outside the red line of the community, and courtyard pipe network construction fee is mainly used for the construction of valves (including gas meters) in front of users in the red line of the community. The charging standard of public pipe network construction fee for new residential users is 1500 yuan/household, and the charging standard of courtyard pipe network construction fee is approved according to the project quota. The initial installation fee of pipeline gas for non-resident users shall be determined by the gas operating enterprises and users through consultation according to the project quota.
Two, the new commercial housing pipeline gas installation fees should be included in the price of commercial housing as the cost of development and construction, paid by real estate development enterprises, gas enterprises or real estate development enterprises shall not charge users separately. The courtyard pipe network construction fee approved according to the engineering quota shall be confirmed by the real estate development enterprise and the gas company, and the gas engineering construction and installation contract shall be determined.
Three, the existing residential pipeline gas installation fee of public * * pipe network construction fee is charged according to the standard of 1500 yuan/household, the courtyard pipe network construction fee is approved by the gas company according to the engineering quota, the engineering quota budget is publicized to the owner, and it is charged after being approved by the owner's committee or the owner's representative.
Four, the commercial housing that has been sold before the issuance of this notice, the initial installation fee of pipeline gas is not included in the development and construction cost, and can be implemented according to the original contract.
Five, the gas installation fee included in the house price, real estate development enterprises and gas enterprises shall not charge any fees to users.
Six, the existing pipeline gas users in the natural gas replacement gas, gas meter replacement fee is still charged according to the original standard. After replacing gas with natural gas, the replacement fee of gas meter will be cancelled. If the paid copy fee of gas meter has not reached the replacement time, it will be offset from the replacement fee when the gas business enterprise replaces the new meter.
Seven, this notice shall be implemented as of June 20th, 20 1 1.
