Xiamen Ocean Innovation Industrial Park is the first industrial carrier project in Xiamen Ocean High-tech Zone. It is located in the group of marine biomedicine and products, high-end marine equipment and new materials in the startup area of Xiamen Ocean High-tech Zone, north of Binhai East Avenue (now the main road), west of Jiuwantang Road and south of Qingyuan Road. The total construction area is 819060m2.
