Introduction of shareholders of Taijunjin International Leasing Co., Ltd.

Taijunjin International Leasing Co., Ltd. was established by Taiwan Province Industrial and Commercial Bank Group in Tianjin on July 5, 20 13, which is the second leasing company established by the group in Chinese mainland. Taiwan Province Industrial Bank was established in July, 1999. It was founded by Luo, a senior financier, and Mr. Xie Senzhong, a former governor of the central bank, in conjunction with private enterprises in Taiwan Province Province, such as Taiwan Cement, Group and Lianhua Electronics. Its business scope covers commercial banks, investment banks, asset management, money markets, industrial investment, leasing and asset securitization. 20 1 1 ICBC (Taiwan Province Province) established Taijun International Leasing Company in Suzhou and formally entered the mainland market. This is the first Taiwan-funded leasing company approved to be established in the mainland after the signing of the Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA). Following the establishment of Taijun International Leasing Company in Suzhou on 20 1 1, the Group established Taijunjin International Leasing Company in Tianjin, a financial innovation base in the mainland, on 20 13, which can provide diversified financing services for Taiwan-funded and land-funded enterprises in the Bohai Rim region.
