Domestic robot manufacturers are in the initial stage and need the support of government policies and funds. Welding robot is a high-tech product of mechatronics. It is not enough to rely on the enterprise's own ability. It needs the government to give certain policies and financial support to robot manufacturers and enterprises that use home robot systems to accelerate the development of home robots in China. However, among the weldments with relatively simple process, domestic welding robots have a strong competitive advantage. Moreover, the structure is simple, the requirements for employees' skills are relatively low, and the maintenance cost is also relatively low. In imported welding robots, complex workpieces can be welded, which requires high skills of operators and maintenance personnel. Accessories are expensive, so it is difficult to supply them in time.
