Mr. Qu Wanchun is the CEO and executive director of Levin Technology (China) Co., Ltd. He graduated from Peking University, China with a master's degree in international relations and has more than 24 years of rich experience in information technology industry and investment business. Mr. Qu is also the chairman and chief executive officer of Hi Xin Limited ("Hi Xin Company"), the major shareholder of Levin Technology (China) Limited. Before joining Hi Xin Company in 2000, Mr. Qu was the chairman of a domestic enterprise.
Qu Wanchun and Zhang Yufeng (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Levin Technology) were the main managers of Founder Hong Kong Company of Peking University.
