In order to implement the strategic deployment of natural gas downstream business of the Group Company and realize the integrated development of upstream and downstream business of natural gas, China Petroleum decided to establish China Petroleum Kunlun Natural Gas Utilization Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) on September 1 2008. The company is mainly engaged in CNG business and is responsible for the construction and operation management of Shenzhen LNG project (hereinafter referred to as LNG). The company is registered in Shenzhen, and its office address is located at floors 24-26, Shenzhen CNPC Building, Nanshan Avenue1KLOC-0/65438, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Based on the compressed natural gas (CNG) business and team of Shenzhen Petroleum Industry Co., Ltd., the company gradually integrates the CNG business of other units of the group company, and is a specialized company engaged in CNG business of China Petroleum. The company conducts CNG business nationwide and is committed to the professional management, intensive management and large-scale development of natural gas utilization business. By the end of this year, through reorganization, integration and new construction, the company will develop CNG projects in 50 cities in Sichuan, Hainan, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Ningxia, and build 34 CNG parent stations, 65,438 substations and 65,405 standard stations.
