Hu Tianlong Power Station is located in Maoxian County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It was built by Sichuan Huanglong Electric Power Co., Ltd., the first private large-scale hydropower enterprise in Sichuan. It is a key project initiated by the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government during the Tenth Five-Year Plan, and it is a secondary power station in the cascade development planning of this section, with a designed installed capacity of 18× 104 kW. The main buildings of the power station include dams, diversion tunnels and workshops. The power station dam is a Xiaohaizi natural weir dam formed by the 1933 Diexi earthquake, and the diversion tunnel enters. The power station is located in the upper reaches of Minjiang River, with a total installed capacity of 6.5438+0.8 million kilowatts.
The power station and its delivery project started construction in June, 20001year, and the project has been basically completed. The three units were connected to the grid on July 5, July 26 and September 6, 2004 respectively.
