2. Company name verification: The new name can only be used if it is officially owned by the Hong Kong government and there are no sensitive words or duplicate names in the name. For companies that are not registered with our company, please provide an original copy of the articles of association before renaming, and our company will prepare a renaming agreement for you.
3. Signing the name change document: After the name of the new company is determined, the government-signed document must be signed by the director himself, not by others. If it is not convenient for the director to sign, or if he is in other places, but he is in a hurry to change his name, he can sign it by our secretary company.
4. Government approval: After the above information is confirmed, it will take about 7- 10 working days to submit it to the Hong Kong government for renaming, and then it will be engraved.
Time for renaming Hong Kong company: 8- 10 working day.
