How to change the clutch switch of Weihai Shunyi Motor?

The replacement method of clutch switch of Weihai Shunyi Automobile is as follows:

1. Remove the clutch cable;

2. Remove the clutch release fork shaft drive arm;

3. Remove the transmission assembly. Mark the assembly between clutch cover and flywheel;

4. Dismantle the separating device of the clutch operating mechanism;

5. Remove the pressure plate assembly and driven plate assembly. Fix the flywheel, alternately and symmetrically loosen the fixing bolts between the clutch pressure plate assembly and the flywheel, and remove the pressure plate assembly and the driven plate assembly;

6. Remove the pedal mechanism of the clutch. Remove the locking plate, the clutch pedal and press out the bearing bushing with a special tool;

7. Replace with a new clutch switch.
