For enterprises, what is the increase in wages?

Legal analysis: As long as the salary level of employees is above the local minimum wage, the enterprise is legal. Therefore, these so-called wage increases, the documents and regulations on wage increases issued by the state are aimed at civil servants and institutions, that is, some people who spend money. For enterprises and companies, it still depends on the operating conditions and the difficulty of recruitment. After all, the use of this talent is a market-oriented thing, so whether the wage level of these enterprises is improved needs comprehensive consideration and has little to do with relevant national policies. This depends on how the company's salary adjustment system is stipulated. The salary adjustment of each company and the salary adjustment scheme of different positions will be different. The total length of service of employees is divided into two parts: first, the social length of service, that is, the working years of employees outside their own enterprises; The second is the length of service of the enterprise, that is, the number of years employees have worked for the enterprise. Total length of service of employees = social length of service+enterprise length of service. Wage increases in private enterprises are generally measured by the specific work standards and performance of employees.

Legal basis: In case of any of the following circumstances in Article 44 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employer shall pay wages higher than the normal working hours of the workers according to the following standards: (1) If the workers are arranged to extend their working hours, they shall pay wages not less than 150% of the wages; (2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages; (3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
