Gas operators shall continuously, stably and safely supply gas that meets the national quality standards to gas users, guide gas users to use gas safely and economically, and conduct regular safety inspections on gas facilities. Gas operators shall publicize information such as business processes, service commitments, charging standards and service hotlines, and provide services in accordance with national gas service standards.

Article 25
Gas operators shall strengthen the management of personnel and vehicles engaged in bottled gas distribution services and bear corresponding responsibilities. Engaged in bottled gas filling activities shall abide by the provisions of laws, administrative regulations and national standards on cylinder filling.
