First, enterprise post subsidies

The object of enterprise retention subsidy

Urban industrial enterprises, service enterprises, leading agricultural enterprises, construction enterprises, major construction project construction enterprises, container transportation enterprises, container port enterprises.

Conditions of enterprise's post-retention subsidy

The following conditions must be met simultaneously:

1. Foreign employees must participate in enterprise employee pension insurance or industrial injury insurance in June 2022. Migrant workers refer to employees who are not registered in Wenzhou.

2. During the period from June 65438+1October 65438+July to February 25, 2022, the number of foreign employees staying in the company must reach more than 50.

Subsidy standard for enterprises to stay in posts

Transportation subsidy conditions for returning to work

1. Foreign employees must participate in enterprise employee pension insurance or industrial injury insurance in June 2022.

The travel card must be displayed from February 1 2022 to February 28, 2022, and the mobile phone number of the travel card should be consistent with the declaration form. Tourist cards must pass outside the city and arrive in Wenzhou, and all localities should complete the examination and issuance within 10 working days after receiving the application.

2. Each employee shall be given a subsidy of 1000 yuan, and the total reward for each old employee shall not exceed 20,000 yuan.

Enterprises with independent legal person status at the time of reporting are those involved in the subsidies for enterprises to stay in their posts, transportation subsidies for returning to their posts, and "bringing the old with the new" awards, excluding real estate enterprises, state-owned and state-holding enterprises, and administrative institutions; The comprehensive evaluation of C and D enterprises and enterprises listed in the list of serious dishonesty is "heroes of per mu yield theory" and they do not enjoy this policy; Private non-enterprises and social organizations are regarded as enterprises enjoying policies.

The enterprise's job retention subsidy, transportation subsidy for returning to work and "bringing the old with the new" reward are paid from the employment subsidy funds, and are supplemented by local finance after payment. Subsidies are paid directly to enterprise accounts or personal accounts without publicity.

Where a labor dispatch company applies for subsidies involving employment enterprises, it shall inform all employment enterprises, and both parties shall enjoy relevant subsidies through consultation. Subsidies received by labor dispatch enterprises should be returned to the actual employment enterprises within one month after the payment is completed, and reported to the management department for the record. The labor dispatch company "new and old" rewards newly recruited foreign employees who must work in local enterprises in Wenzhou.

All reporting units should do a good job in the daily registration and management of employees who stay in the temperature for the New Year. Units and individuals shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the application materials, truthfully declare the temperature retention, temperature reduction and "taking the old with the new", and cooperate with the verification work of the management department. After investigation, the units or individuals that provide false materials or the labor dispatch company does not return the subsidies of the actual employment enterprises shall return the subsidies in full, and those who refuse to cooperate shall be included in the blacklist of government departments.
