Yihua acquired Sinopec Petroleum Engineering. 20 14 Yizheng chemical fiber co., ltd. carried out major asset restructuring, and completed relevant procedures such as asset delivery, share repurchase cancellation, purchase of assets and issuance of shares registration before the end of 20 14 12. After the completion of this major asset restructuring, Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
