If we want to simply explain the meaning of "pension real estate", we can interpret it as a combination of "institutional pension" and "home pension", and optimize the combination of the two, thus deriving the pension real estate model. So there is the emergence of pension real estate, which combines the advantages of both.
At present, the most influential real estate project for the aged in Beijing belongs to Gonghe Home, which is the only pilot project for the aged with property rights in Beijing, realizing the effective connection between home-based aged care and institutional aged care, and embedding home-based aged care into institutional aged care. Endowment real estate, a new mode of providing for the aged, allows the elderly to enjoy the professional services of the old-age care institutions while providing for the aged at home.
