The font size used in the name of the holding company; Where a wholly foreign-owned enterprise uses the name of a foreign-invested enterprise (region), the word "(China)" may be used in the middle of its name.
(1) Font size regulation: The font size in an enterprise name shall consist of two or more Chinese characters, and administrative divisions shall not be used as the font size, except that the names of administrative divisions above the county level have other meaning. The name of an enterprise can use the name of a natural person investor as the font size.
(2) Industry regulations: 1. The industry expression in the name of an enterprise should be a language that reflects the national economic industry or the business characteristics of the enterprise to which the nature of its economic activities belongs. The contents expressed in business terms in the enterprise name should be consistent with the business scope of the enterprise. If the nature of an enterprise's economic activities belongs to different national economic industry categories, the industry in the enterprise name should be expressed by the national economic industry category to which the main economic activities belong. 2. If the name of an enterprise does not use the national economic industry category to describe the industry it is engaged in, it shall meet the following conditions: (1) The nature of economic activities of the enterprise belongs to more than five categories of national economic industries respectively; (2) The registered capital (or registered capital) 1 100 million yuan or more, or it is the parent company of an enterprise group; (3) The font size in the enterprise name is different from that approved and registered by the same administrative department for industry and commerce. 3. In order to reflect its operating characteristics, an enterprise may use the name of a country (region) or the place name of an administrative division at or above the county level after the Chinese character. 4. The enterprise name should not or imply that there are businesses beyond its business scope.
Provisions on organizational form: its organizational form is limited company (limited liability company) or joint stock limited company; An enterprise name that applies for registration in accordance with other laws and regulations may not apply for a limited company (limited liability company) or a joint stock limited company, but an unincorporated enterprise may apply for the use of factories, shops, departments and centers as the organizational form of the enterprise name.
