Kunming changshui international airport introduced.

Kunming changshui international airport (ICAO: zpp;; IATA:KMG) is located in Changshui Village, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, 24.5 kilometers northeast of Kunming City. It is operated and managed by Yunnan Airport Group Co., Ltd. and is one of the top 100 airports in the world. It is the only large-scale gateway hub airport approved for construction during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. It is China's "China Southwest Gateway International Hub Airport" facing Southeast Asia and South Asia, connecting Europe, Asia and Africa, and is listed as two national gateway hub airports together with Urumqi Diwobao International Airport. After Beijing Capital Airport and Shanghai Pudong Airport, this airport is the third airport in China to realize the independent operation mode of double runways. In 20 13, the passenger throughput of the national 10 million-class airports increased the first (the growth rate was 23.8%, with a net increase of 5.72 million passengers). In 20 14 years, the airport passenger throughput was 32.23 million passengers. Its predecessor was Kunming Wujiaba International Airport.
