Brief Introduction of Agricultural Bank of China
Agricultural Bank of China is one of the four largest commercial banks in China. Founded in 1986 with an initial registered capital of130 billion yuan, it is a wholly state-owned commercial bank. In 2009, China Agricultural Bank was restructured, and central huijin Investment Co., Ltd. invested 654.38+30 million yuan, and China Agricultural Bank became a state-controlled joint-stock commercial bank. People's Republic of China (PRC), Ministry of Finance and central huijin Investment Co., Ltd. jointly hold 50% of the shares of China Agricultural Bank. Agricultural Bank of China conducts business all over China, with branches in the United States, Britain, Japan, South Korea and Singapore, and representative offices in Australia, Canada and Vietnam.
