Does life insurance have an operation department?

Generally speaking, the departments established by insurance companies based on these basic management activities can be divided into three categories: front-office departments, middle-office departments and back-office departments:

1. The front desk department is responsible for business development and customer development, including marketing management department and sales department.

2. The Central Taiwan Department manages the operation link, providing support services to the front desk department, controlling business risks and providing after-sales services to customers, including product development department, customer service department, underwriting department, reinsurance department and claims department.

3. Back-office departments provide support services for the whole company, including office or administration department, human resources department, financial accounting department, information technology department, legal department and planning department.
