Nature: Non-bank financial institutions established according to law to provide financial services to enterprise group members are independent enterprise legal persons. Business scope: 1) Absorbing time deposits of member units for more than 3 months; (2) Issuing bonds of financial companies; 3) interbank borrowing; 4) Handling loans and financial leasing for member units; 5) Handling consumer credit, buyer's credit and financial leasing of products of group members; 6) Handling the acceptance and discount of commercial bills of member units; (seven) to handle the entrusted loans and entrusted investments of member units; 8) Equity investment in securities, financial institutions and member units; (9) Underwriting corporate bonds of member units; 10) to handle consulting agency business such as financial consultancy and credit certification for member units; 1 1) to provide guarantee for member units; 12) overseas foreign exchange loans
