The research and manufacture of large-scale wind turbines in China is accelerating. Yi Tuo Manufacturing Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a joint venture between China Yi Tuo Group Co., Ltd. and Spanish power company made Renewable Energy Company, and Xi 'an Wade Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Xi 'an Aeroengine Company and nordex Company of Germany, have produced 660 kW and 600 kW 1 main generator sets respectively, which have been installed in Yingkou Wind Farm in Liaoning Province for grid-connected power generation. The localization rate of these two units reached 40%. In addition, Zhejiang Dayun Wind Power Equipment Factory produced four 250 kw wind turbines on the basis of producing 200 kw wind turbines, which were installed in Nan 'ao Wind Farm in Guangdong. This is the best wind turbine with independent intellectual property rights in China.

In the investment of wind farm construction in China, unit equipment accounts for about 70%. It is necessary for the large-scale development of wind farms to realize the localization of equipment and reduce the project cost. However, the development of prototype and the formation of products need a lot of investment. The relevant departments have developed two kinds of 200 kw prototypes, but they have not been commercialized so far, and the leading products in the market have developed to 600 kw units. In order to keep up with the world's technological development level, it is in line with China's national conditions to introduce advanced and mature foreign technologies and gradually realize localization through digestion and absorption. The main components of large-scale fans are made in China, and the cost can be reduced by 20%~30% compared with imported fans. Therefore, localization is the inevitable trend of the development of large-scale wind turbines in China. The localization of large-scale wind turbines in China started from 250~300 kw units and developed to 600 kw units. The tower can be manufactured in China, and the generator and hub have been trial-produced in China. If the above components are installed on the imported fan, if the quality reaches the original installation standard, the imported parts can be replaced. Other parts such as gear box, spindle, brake disc and windward mechanism can replace imported parts after successful trial production in China. According to China's production level and technical ability, it is completely feasible to localize large-scale fans.

There are two main ways to localize 600 kw units. One is to pay the technology transfer fee to buy a complete set of manufacturing technology, and gradually improve and provide commercial products through independent development. The other is to purchase a batch of mature wind turbines through the combination of technology and trade, introduce manufacturing technology at the same time, set up Sino-foreign joint ventures, and produce them in China in strict accordance with the standards of original components, so as to gradually improve the localization rate of components.

Luneng Taishan: The company is a large-scale power enterprise focusing on power production and sales. Luneng Taishan actively entered the coal field, and Western Zhou Mining Company increased its capital and acquired benefits. In March this year, Laizhou Luneng Wind Power Co., Ltd. was jointly established with Yantai Dongyuan Power Group, with a capital contribution of 72 million yuan, accounting for 80% of the registered capital. The prospects are extremely promising.
