All products adopt computer-aided design, and CAD and PDM product database management systems are widely used. At present, the CAD systems of 5~50t overhead cranes, 5~20t gantry cranes and low clearance series overhead cranes have been completed. Structural analysis software is used to analyze the steel structure and mechanism of products. Three-dimensional modeling design of products by using three-dimensional animation software. Management software is also used to manage and track finance, procurement, production and sales. Computer management has been initially formed from sales, design, supply and production. Borui Heavy Industry established WINDOWS internally.
NT LAN system, the network has two servers, connecting computers of all departments such as comprehensive management, marketing, product development and production technology. At present, the network is running normally, initially forming a company-wide network management and data sharing.
