Responsible for the research and implementation of strategy and management innovation of the group company, the formulation and supervision of the annual business plan of the group company, assisting in investment decision-making and managing the intangible assets and brands of the group company.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for formulating the medium and long-term development strategy of the group company;

Responsible for formulating the strategic planning process of the Group Company, presiding over the formulation of the annual business plan of the Group Company, and assisting all subsidiaries and divisions to formulate the strategic planning and annual business plan;

Grasp the national macroeconomic policy, conduct research and information collection on the electric power and related industries, analyze and evaluate the impact of macroeconomic and industry development on the group company, and find the main development opportunities and risks;

Analyze the company's operating conditions and the position of each business unit in the industry, and analyze the market conditions of the regional market segments that the company has entered and will enter;

Collect the information of advanced enterprises in the same industry at home and abroad, summarize the advanced business philosophy, management system and management methods, improve the internal management level, and provide constructive suggestions for the company to improve its core competitiveness and accelerate technological innovation;

According to the requirements of strategic planning, organize and plan strategic cooperation with domestic and foreign partners;

Manage and maintain the company's intangible assets such as technology patents and intellectual property rights, and conduct unified and coordinated management of the company's brands;

Responsible for the management of professional associations;

Other work assigned by the immediate superior.
