When you take your first job, are you afraid of strangers? Take a look at this internship report, I hope it will help you!
Internship before graduation is a shortcut for college students to get jobs and basic work experience in the future. Our class was lucky enough to come to the subway project department of Shenzhen Hualite Electric Co., Ltd. for an internship. I feel very happy! This internship is a turning point in our study career towards social life. With curiosity and worry, we have gone through just two months. In these two months, we have sweated, laughed and felt sad, and we have also understood some hidden rules of society. In a word, I gained a lot in this internship.

Second, the internship unit profile
Hualite Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 with a history of 1 1 year. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a key software enterprise and an AA-level credit enterprise. Long-term commitment to power distribution automation, central grounding, electrical engineering, providing full service from engineering consultation, scheme design, project implementation to maintenance. The company has innovative holidays such as management reception day, president reception day and employee birthday party, which is in line with the development of the company.
Third, the internship process.
The main content of this internship is the installation and debugging of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in weak current integrated system. In this internship, I learned the basic usage of hand mill, impact drill, hand electric drill and arc welding machine. Before using these tools, the practice instructor carefully introduced us to the use of these tools, the problems that should be paid attention to in use, safety knowledge and so on. For example, when using an arc welder, Li Shifu explained the welding angle, height and posture, how to place the welding wire, and how to adjust the welding material and current. When we arrived at the construction site, Master Dai, who led the team, personally demonstrated for us in the most standard posture. Our welding was not good at first, but after two days of practice, the technology basically passed. As the main content of this internship, I have a basic understanding of uninterruptible power supply system, such as its wiring, protection and precautions. The working principle of UPS is as follows: (omitted) Description of working principle: UPS has 380V, 3-phase 5-wire or 220V single-phase 3-wire output, and its output voltage is always synchronized with the power supply voltage of static bypass switch. Ac mains power is input by switch Q 1, converted into DC power, and supplied to DCDC bi-directional battery converter (to ensure that the battery is always charged), and also supplied to inverter. After the inverter converts this DC power into AC power, it obtains pure AC power that is not interfered by the commercial power and provides it to the load. When the commercial power is interrupted, the battery provides backup power to the load through the bidirectional battery converter and inverter (2 hours for general public security communication and 2 hours for civil communication, etc.). ), and the maximum conversion time does not exceed 500 nanoseconds; When the inverter is overloaded or fails, the load can also be supplied by external AC bypass through the input switch Q2 and static bypass. In addition, when the UPS needs maintenance or overhaul, the UPS can supply power to the load through the internal manual control of the maintenance bypass switch Q3. When UPS is in normal operation, all switches are closed except the maintenance bypass switch.
Besides the installation of UPS, I also learned how to deal with the grounding of ground wire and the installation of cable trough and bridge.
Fourth, the harvest and experience of internship
This internship not only greatly improved my skills. Moreover, there has been obvious progress in ideological understanding, which is inseparable from the lectures given by the masters in the morning. First of all, our internship environment is very bad. We all work deep underground, and there is not enough light underground. The temperature in Shenzhen is very hot and the underground is very stuffy. Mosquitoes are particularly biting. At first, we all thought it was unlucky to come here for internship, but after a few days, I found that such an environment was no big deal. What we young people lack most is exercise under difficult conditions, how to hone our will, and how to persist in the harsh environment. It only took me more than two days to get used to the underground working environment. I am an engineering major and a junior college student. The working conditions in the future will be the same as here, so I have to adapt.
The subway project is a huge investment project. Our vulnerability integration system alone is more than 22 million, a small battery is close to 3000 yuan, and UPS hosts are hundreds of thousands. Therefore, we should be more careful when connecting these devices. The vulnerability integrated system in our work supplies power to other work areas, and there are many cable heads like hair. How to connect these wires accurately is very important. Careless, the loss is incalculable! Therefore, when dealing with these problems, I think there must be clear signs, and caution is the guarantee of safety. We should not only take the immediate things seriously, but also cultivate careful ability in our future study, life and work, so as to make our way smoother!
Language is the main tool for our communication, but how to use it well is a skill. (Internship Report www.fwsir.com) In this internship, I have a profound understanding of how to talk politely with others. We all need electricity to work on the construction site. Without electricity, we can hardly do anything. But it is really difficult to get electricity, because there are almost no fixed electrical boxes, so we all need to go to other people's electrical boxes to get electricity. Every time I go to get electricity, I'm afraid it's hard to do a good job on this day without polite words. So say "please" before you do something, and say "thank you" after you finish it, which will not lose anything, but make people feel that their personal cultivation is very high!
What impressed me the most was Master Song's words "Opportunities are reserved for prepared minds" when answering the phone box one day. Indeed, I knew this sentence when I was in high school, but at that time I only thought it was a famous saying, a sentence that could get high marks, and it was not related to practice. But after listening to Master Song's analysis, I suddenly realized that this is the key to future employment and success. I don't think we can fight an uncertain war. Be sure to prepare what you need and how to implement it before you do something. Doing things will definitely get twice the result with half the effort!
Thanks to Kawara Tsutomu Special Electric Co., Ltd. for giving me this opportunity to practice, I found myself lacking a lot in practice; Fortunately, I still have a chance. I still have more than a year to go back to school. I must go to the library more, go to Internet cafes less, cultivate my hobbies, read more books and socialize more. Life is short, but it is worthwhile to let your short life bloom the spark of life! Walking in the society, learning is bound to be endless. I will learn with an open mind, be strict with myself and treat others sincerely. There will be a road ahead of me!
