It is suggested to strengthen personnel training, improve the quality of the team and accelerate the digestion and absorption of new equipment and technology. 3. Distinguish the responsibilities of equipment management. The management department should make clear what the operator should do and how to do it in equipment management. 4. Improve the service quality of logistics units to ensure the safety of drilling construction. During the inspection, we found that some high-pressure gate valves of the drilling crew's high-pressure manifold and blowout preventer group were missing and could not be maintained, and some electrical lines in the drilling crew's well site were installed irregularly, which had potential safety hazards.
5. Further strengthen basic management at the grass-roots level. Strengthen the daily maintenance of equipment, improve the equipment operation records and maintenance records of the drilling team, ensure their authenticity, and further strengthen the oil and water management of the drilling team. Some drilling teams' mud pumps have no oil level marks, which can not accurately indicate the oil level, affecting the normal lubrication of equipment and reducing the service life of equipment.
6. Further improve the equipment management information system and comprehensively improve the equipment management level.
