China Hydropower Construction Group 15th Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (Qin Hai International Engineering Company), formerly known as Shaanxi Hydropower Engineering Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd., is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Group Company. A large-scale construction enterprise with the first-class qualification of national water conservancy and hydropower, highway and housing construction engineering, first-class qualification of highway subgrade, bridge and tunnel engineering, second-class qualification of municipal public works construction general contracting and foreign economic cooperation qualification.
