Usually, PPR water pipes are installed by hot melt welding to connect pipes and fittings together. The hot melting temperature is generally 260℃-270℃, lower or higher than this temperature will lead to poor welding and easy water leakage. According to PPR welding specification, the welding depth, heating time, running time and cooling time of PPR water pipes are different according to different pipe diameters, as shown in the following table:
