Can subsidiaries and parent companies use the same trademark?

A subsidiary may use the same trademark as the parent company. Many enterprises join the group company by attracting investment. These subsidiaries mainly sell the products of the parent company and carry out business activities in the name of the company. In addition, it seems that subsidiaries are part of the parent company, but in fact they also have independent management rights.

Compared with the parent company, the subsidiary company has independent legal personality. Like two unknown companies, they need the authorization of the parent company to use the trademark.
