Anhui industry enters a new stage of high-quality development
From the early days of the founding of New China to the 1980s, Anhui's industrial structure was characterized by small quantity and low quality of industrial products, which was far from meeting people's living needs. Subsequently, our province accelerated the transformation of industry from traditional heavy chemical industry to advanced manufacturing industry, from primary processing to high value-added industry, and from labor-intensive industry to capital technology-intensive industry. The industrial structure has been gradually optimized and upgraded, and the industries with distinctive advantages have continued to grow and develop, forming their own characteristics and highlights throughout the country.
In the 1980 s, the home appliance industry was cultivated, and enterprises such as Meiling, Yangzi and Rongshida became industry leaders. From 65438 to 0994, the output of refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners in Anhui ranked first, second and third respectively in the country, and it was known as a "big light industry province" in the country. At present, the output of four major household appliances in Anhui has exceeded 1 100 million units, accounting for 1/4 of the whole country. Every three refrigerators, every four washing machines and every five air conditioners in China are "made in Anhui", and they are developing in an intelligent, customized and personalized direction.
In the 1990s, our province implemented the "95 1" project, vigorously cultivated the automobile industry, and JAC and Chery became models of domestic independent brands. The automobile output of the whole province increased from about 3,000 vehicles in 1978 to1335,000 vehicles in 20 17, ranking ninth in China, and the vehicle export ranked first in China for eight consecutive years, becoming an important national independent brand automobile industry base.
Since 2000, Anhui has made great efforts to write articles about "making something out of nothing, making something out of nothing", and vigorously cultivated the electronic information industry represented by BOE and Iflytek. The added value increased by more than 20% annually, the output value exceeded 400 billion yuan, and the main business income entered the top 10 in China. Our province has become the largest and most advanced gathering base of new display industry in China, contributing 20% of the global smart phones.
At present, Anhui is seizing the opportunity of digital economy development, vigorously cultivating artificial intelligence+chip industry, and accelerating to seize the commanding heights of industrial development. There are 350 enterprises in "China Sound Valley" Park, and the operating income in 20 17 exceeded 50 billion yuan, and Anhui industry entered a new stage of high-quality development.
At present, there are more than 60,000 newly registered enterprises in the province every month.
After the reform and opening up, our province has vigorously promoted the development of collective economy represented by township enterprises and vigorously cultivated the non-public economy. The development of private economy in Anhui keeps pace with the whole country and keeps pace with the times. From "outshining others" in the early 1980s to "blooming everywhere" in the 1990s, and then to "all loves" in the new century, Anhui private economy has achieved a "butterfly change" from small to large, from weak to strong, from good to excellent, showing obvious characteristics such as early start, great contribution and strong vitality. Fool melon seeds, which started early and was founded in 1999, took the lead in breaking through the barriers of traditional planned economy and became a "living specimen" of private economy in China. Du, Xia Dinghu, Chen Xianbao and other private entrepreneurs, who dare to venture, dare to be the first, founded a number of well-known private enterprises, such as qiaqia, and became a banner for private enterprises to serve the country.
The private economy has propped up half of Anhui's development and created the gratifying achievements of "56,789", that is, it has contributed more than 50% of the province's GDP, more than 60% of tax revenue, more than 70% of scientific and technological innovations, more than 80% of urban employment and more than 90% of enterprises. Since the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the added value of Anhui private economy has risen from 670 billion yuan to 2010.6 trillion yuan in 7 years, which has become the main force to promote scientific development, stabilize growth and adjust structure, and increase income and enrich the people. At the same time, it took the lead in issuing opinions to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the country, innovatively set up a "specialization and innovation" version in the provincial equity exchange center, and vigorously cultivated "specialization and innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises. By the end of the fourth quarter of 20 18, there were 1700 "specialized and innovative" enterprises in the province, accounting for 8.4% of the regulated small and medium-sized enterprises, contributing 14.7% of the main business income and 20% of the profits, and "small scale" gave "great energy". Strong vitality, continue to deepen the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving services", solidly promote the "four get one service" double thousand project, and formulate and implement the "20 items, 10 items and 20 new" cost reduction policy systems, which fully stimulated the vitality of economic development and social creativity. At present, there are more than 60,000 newly registered enterprises in the province every month, and the number of market entities in the province exceeds 4 million, of which the number of enterprise entities exceeds 6,543,800+100,000.
