According to the regulations of China Securities Regulatory Commission, listed companies should prepare annual reports within four months after the end of each fiscal year and publish them on the Internet website designated by China Securities Regulatory Commission. At the same time, the company shall publish a summary of the annual report in at least one national newspaper designated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
A listed company shall make an appointment with the Exchange before disclosing the annual report. If there is any change, the exchange website will update the appointment time immediately.
