Recently, Punctuation Institute of Finance and Economics, based on iFinD and Wind data, jointly invested with Investment Times, collected and matched the information and salary data of thousands of secretaries of A-share listed companies, and made a comprehensive analysis and cross-analysis from salary, gender, education, age, city where the company is located, industry and other aspects. , and exclusively released the "Full Sample Report of Secretaries of Listed Companies in China in 2020". This is the sixth consecutive year that Punctuation Finance and Economics Research Institute has conducted a full sample analysis of the secretaries of A-share listed companies. The sample finally covered 3,924 current secretaries (including acting secretaries), of whom 3,363 could get the salary data for 20 19 (the data ended on August 7, 20 19).
From the perspective of gender, the proportion of female secretaries in household appliances is the highest, reaching 37.7%; The proportion of female secretaries in the steel industry increased the most; Although the number of female secretaries in banking is also increasing, it is still the industry with the lowest proportion.
In addition, the post-80s and post-90s have gradually become the backbone of today's society, and they also occupy an increasing proportion among secretaries. Statistics show that in six industries, such as textile and garment, media and light industry manufacturing, the proportion of secretaries born after 1980s and 1990s has exceeded 40%.
The average wage of financial real estate is still over one million.
For three consecutive years, the average salary of secretaries in non-bank finance, banking and real estate industries has taken the top three, exceeding one million. The proportion of female secretaries in 20 industries has increased. Although the proportion of female secretaries has increased, the financial industry is still a relatively scarce industry. The proportion of female secretaries in banks and non-bank finance is 16.67% and 27.38% respectively. At the same time, the proportion of female secretaries in nonferrous metals, mining, transportation and chemical industry is not high, which are 19.05%, 19.7%, 22.22% and 23.46% respectively.
In terms of academic qualifications, the financial industry has always been an industry where scholars gather. Among the 36 listed banks, the proportion of secretaries with master's degree or above is as high as 83.3%, ranking first in all industries. The proportion of secretaries with master's degree or above in non-bank financial industry is as high as 72.29%. In addition, the proportion of secretaries with master's degree or above in defense and military industry, real estate, communications, mining, transportation, medicine, biology and other industries is also over half, accounting for 68.06%, 60.47%, 57.69%, 56.92%, 53.85% and 53.7 1% respectively.
In contrast, the proportion of secretaries with master's degree or above in commerce, building materials and catering industries is low, accounting for 36.46%, 36.76% and 38.38% respectively. In addition, the industries with more secretaries below bachelor's degree include leisure services, nonferrous metals, building materials, automobiles, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, with the proportions of 14.29%, 12.00%,1.76% and10.73 respectively.
Young people in the textile, clothing and media industries have emerged.

Among the 28 industries, there are more young secretaries in six industries: textile and clothing, media, light industry manufacturing, electrical equipment, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, and communications.
