Huang Kesi, male, 1962, from Yan 'an, Shaanxi Province, is a professor-level senior engineer and a national registered first-class constructor.
He is currently the vice president of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, the chairman and party secretary of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau), the chairman of China Construction Xinjiang Construction Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd., and the representative of the 14th Shanghai People's Congress.
