The reserved site of the first phase project is fully utilized, and two 600,000-kilowatt units are built. The public facilities and public systems of the first phase project can be used at the same time, which occupies a small area and greatly saves the project investment. In terms of environmental protection, the project adopts advanced air cooling desulfurization technology, which conforms to the national industrial policy. The project will build two 600,000 kW coal-fired air-cooled generating units. The total investment of the project is 410.80 billion yuan. Three. Enterprise Status Huaneng Pingliang Power Plant covers an area of 64 hectares and is a large-scale pithead thermal power plant. The first phase of the project is to build four 300,000 kilowatts imported domestic coal-fired units, which is the only cross-century national key power supply construction project in Gansu, with a total investment of 5 1.8 billion yuan. 1998 started construction and was completed and put into operation in 2003.
