Zhu Weiping was investigated for two reasons. First, he leads a corrupt life and has many lovers. Second, it was reported by real names of business people, or involved in corruption funds of hundreds of millions of yuan. After Zhu was double-detained at the end of September, the investigation team of the Commission for Discipline Inspection found a batch of bankbooks and real estate licenses in his home. More than 20 million people took bribes, including a set of high-grade housing with a single bribe, with a value of140,000 yuan.
Zhu's exposure came from the report of the head of Wuxi Xuefeng Iron and Steel Company, a local iron and steel enterprise in Wuxi, who was also one of the main bribers.
