Mobile phone citizen card (city pass card) consists of three parts: card fee, monthly function fee and city pass wallet card opening fee.
1. card fee: before handling the mobile citizen card (city pass card), it must be replaced with a unified SIMpass card, and the price is 75 yuan/card. (Note: SIMpass card adopts the full card scheme of 13.56M standard of the Ministry of Construction, and integrates RF antenna, SIM card communication module and security module on the SIM card to complete contactless payment. It is not suitable for mobile phone terminals with "metal back cover" or "mobile phone back cover and battery integrated". Simply put, SIMpass card is a SIM card with antenna, which integrates the functions of citizen card, bus wallet or campus card.
2. Monthly function fee: The service standard function fee of mobile citizen card (city card) is 3 yuan/month. This charge is deducted from the customer's mobile phone number.
3. Card opening fee for the city pass wallet: When handling the mobile phone citizen card (city pass card), you must open the city pass wallet, and you must pay the card opening fee for the 25 yuan bus wallet when opening it.
