The basis is the Interim Measures for the Administration of Financing Guarantee Companies issued by seven ministries on 20 10. The supervision department of financing guarantee companies refers to the departments determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to be responsible for the supervision and management of financing guarantee companies in their respective jurisdictions.
However, it is not clear in the Interim Measures which department is responsible for supervision.
In practice, the regulatory authorities in different places are different, such as economic and trade commission, financial office, small and medium-sized enterprise bureau and so on. We used to be financial supervision here, but now it is financial supervision.
