The earliest and most famous Weibo is twitter in the United States. In March 2006, Obvious, a new company founded by EvanWilliams, a pioneer in blog technology, launched the Greater Weibo service. In the initial stage, this service was only used to send text messages to friends' mobile phones.
In May 2007, there were11Twitter-like websites in international computing. However, the most noteworthy thing is Twitter, which won the website award in the blog category at the Southwest South Africa Conference held in Austin, Texas in 2007. Twitter's main competitors are Plurk and Jaiku.
Later, Weibo's new service functions were constantly born.
