Founded in 2000, Yongxing Materials is a national high-tech state-owned enterprise specializing in the production and sales of R&D and special steel. The company, formerly known as Huzhou Jiuli Special Steel Co., Ltd., was restructured into Yongxing Special Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. in 2007 after several equity adjustments such as capital increase, equity transfer and management buyout.
By 2023, Yongxing Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd. * * * will hold six subsidiaries, namely Yongxing Import and Export, Yongxing Materials, Yongxing Investment, Yongxing American Company, Yongxing New Energy and Yong Cheng Lithium Industry.
