What is the difference between a wholly-owned subsidiary and a wholly-owned subsidiary? Is it the same meaning?

A wholly-owned subsidiary is not the same as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The difference is: different shareholders, different stock rights and different control rights.

I. Different shareholders

1, wholly-owned subsidiary: a wholly-owned subsidiary has more than one shareholder.

2. Wholly-owned subsidiary: A wholly-owned subsidiary has only one shareholder.

Second, the equity is different.

1, wholly-owned subsidiary: the wholly-owned subsidiary corporation has only partial equity.

2. Wholly-owned subsidiary: The wholly-owned subsidiary corporation owns 100% of the shares.

Third, the control rights are different.

1, wholly-owned subsidiary: a wholly-owned subsidiary does not necessarily have the actual control and management rights of the subsidiary.

2. Wholly-owned subsidiaries: Wholly-owned subsidiaries have the actual control and management rights of subsidiaries.
