Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the development and management of human resources of the Company and ensure the implementation of various policies and measures of the Company.

Article 2 These Provisions are applicable to all employees of the company * * * The regulations on the self-defined attendance management of each enterprise shall be reviewed and issued by the standardization management committee of the headquarters.

Article 3 The normal working hours of employees are 8: 30am-12 and 6: 30pm-5, and they don't go to work every Saturday afternoon. If the working hours need to be adjusted due to seasonal changes, the president's office will inform you separately.

Article 4 All employees of the Company shall implement the system of punching in and out of work.

Article 5. All employees must punch in and out of work, and no one is allowed to punch in or be punched by others. In case of violation of this article, both the agent and the principal will be recorded.

Article 6 The company arranges one or two employees to supervise employees to punch in and out of work every day, and is responsible for reporting the attendance of employees to the leaders on duty, who report the attendance bonus to the labor department, and fill in the employee appraisal form accordingly.

Article 7 All personnel must report to the company before going out to handle various businesses. Special circumstances must be approved by the competent leader; Those who have not gone through the examination and approval procedures will be treated as being late or absent from work.

Article 8 Anyone who arrives at work within 5 minutes to 30 minutes after the start of working hours shall be punished as being late; Those who exceed 30 minutes will be punished as absenteeism for half a day; Those who leave work within 30 minutes in advance will be punished as leaving early, and those who exceed 30 minutes will be punished as absenteeism for half a day.

Article 9 Before going out on business, employees must explain the reasons for going out and the time to return to the company to the department head or his authorized person, otherwise it will be treated as going out on business.

Article 10 Anyone who goes out for private affairs during working hours will be deducted from the attendance award of the current month and given a warning.

Article 11 Employees who arrive late or leave early for three times within a month will be deducted 50% attendance bonus and 100% attendance bonus for five times, and given a warning.

Article 12 If an employee is absent from work for half a day without reason, the attendance award of the current month will be deducted and a warning will be given. Those who are absent from work for a total of 3 days each month will be deducted from the salary of that month and given a demerit; Those who are absent from work for more than a week without reason will be dismissed.

Thirteenth employees on business trips must fill in the business trip registration form in advance; The personnel below the deputy manager shall be examined and approved by the department manager, and the business trip of each department manager shall be examined and approved by the competent leader. Senior management personnel must be approved by the president or chairman of the board of directors when traveling. If you ask for leave from the president or chairman in an emergency, you should file it in the secretary's office of the chairman and contact the company in time when you arrive on a business trip. Business travelers should go through the business registration procedures before going on a business trip and submit them to the labor and wage department for the record. Those who have expired or failed to fill in the travel registration form will not be reissued with attendance awards and will not be reimbursed for travel expenses; Special circumstances must be reported to the general manager for approval.

Eight, during working hours, it is forbidden to play cards, chess, chat with others and do things unrelated to work. Nine, to participate in meetings, training, study, exams or other team activities organized by the company, if you have something to ask for leave, you must ask for leave from the organizer or leader in advance. Those who do not arrive at work or leave early within the specified time shall be dealt with according to the provisions of Articles 5, 6 and 7 of this system; Those who do not participate without approval shall be regarded as absenteeism and shall be dealt with according to the provisions of Article 7 of this system.

10. When employees enjoy family leave, marriage leave, maternity leave and maternity leave according to regulations, they must submit relevant supporting documents to the General Manager for approval; Those who are not approved shall be treated as absenteeism. Only basic salary is paid to employees during sick leave.

Eleven, approved by the general manager or in charge of the leadership, decided to work overtime or on duty on holidays, 20 yuan subsidies every day; For those who work overtime or are on duty at night, each subsidy is 10 yuan; Be on duty on holidays and subsidize 40 yuan every day. Without approval, the personnel on duty shall not be empty or late. Twelve, employee attendance, supervision and inspection by the head of each department, the head of each department to fair attendance, serious and responsible. 3. Absenteeism: refers to absenteeism without consent or according to prescribed procedures; 1 day wages will be deducted for half a day, and one day wages will be deducted for two days; Absence from work for 3 consecutive days or accumulated absence for 5 days within one month will automatically terminate the contract; Those who are absent from work for 7 days throughout the year will be dismissed;

4. Off-the-job: refers to the employee who leaves the job without performing any formalities during the working period, and leaves the job once ***20 yuan.

5. Sleeping on duty: refers to employees dozing off during work and sleeping on duty once ***20 yuan; Causing heavy losses, shall be borne by the responsible person.

Fourth, the vacation system.

1. There are seven kinds of leave: sick leave, personal leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, annual leave, work-related injury leave and funeral leave. Anyone who takes the above-mentioned leave will be disqualified from the attendance award for that month.

Article 7 Working hours

Article 9 Please cancel your vacation.

Article 10 Sick leave

1. Employees who really can't go to work due to illness must be approved by the department manager and reported to the Human Resources Department for the record. Those who have accumulated more than two working days per month must obtain a leave certificate issued by a hospital at or above the district level.

2. Sick employees must ask for leave from their department leaders or company leaders by themselves or their immediate family members before 9: 00 on the same day, and can only ask for leave after approval.

3. With the approval of the company leaders, the cumulative sick leave in the month is less than two days * * *, and the performance appraisal score will be deducted by 3 points every day.

4. Sick employees have sick leave notes issued by hospitals at or above the district level, and if they have accumulated three days of * * * sick leave in the current month, including more than three days of * * *, the performance appraisal score will be deducted by 5 points every day. ; All performance pay will be deducted if you take sick leave all month; If you have been sick for more than three months in a row, try to resign voluntarily or follow the relevant policies of Beijing.

5. Employees must voluntarily submit sick leave notes to the Human Resources Department for verification and filing within two days after recovery.

Article 11 Personal leave

1, employees have reasonable reasons to ask for leave in person, and apply for leave according to the specified time, which is approved by the company leader, and is called personal leave.

2. Employees must apply for personal leave in writing one day in advance * * * In case of unforeseen emergency, they must ask for instructions from the company leader before 9: 00 am, truthfully explain the reasons, and ask for leave only after the department leader reports to the company leader for approval, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism.

3. Personal leave is deducted according to the daily wage standard.

4. Personal leave can work overtime with pay, but it must be approved by the company leader. The approved personal leave cannot be withheld.

5. If an employee needs to leave his post due to an emergency during working hours, it should also be implemented in accordance with the above-mentioned relevant regulations.

Article 12 Annual leave

1. Employees who have worked in the company for one year are entitled to 7 days of annual leave each year. For every extra year of work, the holiday will be increased by one day, but the longest holiday shall not exceed 14 calendar days.

2. Annual leave shall be taken at one time. If annual leave is not taken in that year, it shall not be accumulated to the next year.

Article 13 Marriage leave

1. When employees ask for marriage leave, they must fill in the Marriage Leave Application Form with a legal marriage certificate, which is approved by the department manager and submitted to the Human Resources Department for review.

2. Marriage leave is three days, male is 25 years old, female is 23 years old, and marriage leave is 10 days.

Article 14 Maternity leave

1. When a female worker gives birth normally, she shall be given 90 days * * * including 15 days * * maternity leave before delivery, and 15 days may be added in case of dystocia. Multiple births increase by 15 days, and maternity leave is increased by 30 days if it meets the age of late childbearing.

2. Female employees who have miscarried within three months of pregnancy are given 20-30 days of pregnancy leave, 42 days of pregnancy leave for those who have miscarried for more than three months but less than seven months, and 90 days of maternity leave for those who have miscarried for more than seven months.

3. Female employees need a hospital certificate before taking a vacation, and they can take a vacation only after being approved by the department manager and reported to the Human Resources Department.

4. Maternity leave for male employees is 15 days.

Article 15 bereavement leave

Grandparents, parents, in-laws, parents-in-law, husband and wife, and children over one year old of the employee's immediate family * * die, and the employee's parents or spouse die, so they can take 5 days off; Employees' children, grandparents, parents-in-law and in-laws who live together can take two days off when they die. If parents, spouses or children die in other places, and employees need to go to other places to attend to funerals, they can be given another business trip according to the distance. Employees need to write a funeral leave application before taking leave, which is signed by the department manager, approved by the human resources department, and then submitted to the attendance clerk for attendance.

Article 16 Absence

1. Failing to apply in writing to the competent leaders of the department and the company and get approval, or failing to ask for leave according to the specified time, or violating the regulations on sick leave and personal leave, or other relevant regulations in the company system, etc. , are regarded as absenteeism.
