Development history of ship chemistry in China

On March 7, 2006, CNOOC Chemical completed the acquisition of 90% equity of Inner Mongolia Amano Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. and gained urea market share in North China and Northeast China. It shows that China Shipping Chemical actively adapts to the background of industry integration and continues to grow and develop through mergers and acquisitions.

On June 5438+1October 3 1, 2003, China Shipping Chemical and Hong Kong Taojian established a Sino-foreign joint venture company, China Shipping Tao Jian. Since its establishment, the company owns 60% of the shares and the joint venture partner owns 40% of the shares. The factory currently under construction in China Shipping Tao Jian has an annual methanol production capacity of 600,000 tons. It is estimated that the factory will be completed in September 2006 and put into operation in June 2007 at 5438+ 10. It is expected that our company will become one of the largest methanol producers in China by then.

On September 30, 2003, the 800,000-ton large granular urea plant of Fudao Phase II invested by CNOOC Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was completed ahead of schedule. It has set a record that the largest single chemical fertilizer plant in China was completed and put into operation in only 2 1 month.
