Miller said that just as the underlying chip technology has supported the Internet and big data industries with a market scale of trillions, the hard technology industry seems to be small in scale, but it can drive the development of downstream industries with the effect of 1: 100.
Miller believes that the information revolution that began in the 1960s has encountered technical bottlenecks, and China is also facing a transition period from demographic dividend to innovation dividend. These two turning points point to a new round of scientific and technological revolution, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, life science and so on. However, it is not easy to gnaw at the hard bone of science and technology. Enterprises should use the spirit of "grinding a sword for ten years" to do hard technology.
