Tielu Town, Heilongtan Town, Mali Town, etc. The wind potential of Laba Mountain is located in Tielu Town, Heilongtan Town, Mali Town and Dezhou Street in Dechang, with the highest elevation of 3,400 meters. The construction plant area is about 250 square kilometers, and the installed capacity of the project is 240 MW. It is planned to install 48 wind turbines with a stand-alone capacity of 5 MW and build a new 220 kV booster station in Labashan.
