5. Terms and definitions.
5. 1 contains
Containment refers to all substances intentionally or unintentionally added, filled, mixed or adhered to parts, equipment or materials used in products (including substances unintentionally mixed or adhered to products during processing).
5.2 impurities
Substances contained in natural materials, used as industrial raw materials, which cannot be completely removed in the process of refining, or substances produced in the process of material synthesis reaction, which cannot be completely removed technically.
In addition, in order to distinguish it from the main raw materials, substances called "impurities" are also regarded as "containing" when they are used to change the characteristics of materials.
However, although the dopants used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices are intentionally added, only a very small amount remains in the semiconductor devices, which is not regarded as "containing".
In addition, when environmental management substances are mixed or adhered to parts and equipment as impurities, their concentration should not exceed the allowable concentration.
5.3“RoHs”

6. Program content
6. 1 The supply of environmental protection materials is based on the requirements of Supplier Management Procedure for Qualified Suppliers.
6. 1.65438+
6. 1.2 The qualified supplier shall provide the details of the raw materials used and the third-party test report of the content data of related substances.
6. 1.3 Qualified suppliers shall establish a management system for incoming inspection of raw materials and a manufacturing process assurance system.
6.2 For the procurement of environmental protection materials, refer to the Procurement Management Procedure. Ministry of materials and equipment's purchase order will increase the requirements of environmental protection standards, and suppliers must ensure that they can meet the mass supply capacity of environmental protection materials.
6.3 Acceptance of environmental protection materials.
6.3. 1 The quality control department will certify the newly introduced materials according to the new ROHS certificate template.
The supplier must provide ROHS confirmation and test report of harmful substance content.
6.3.2 IQC takes the content of harmful substances in incoming materials as the key testing item, and materials that do not meet the requirements of environmental protection will be rejected.
6.3.3 If the materials that have entered the company cannot meet the requirements of environmental protection, the Technology Department shall cooperate with ministry of materials and equipment to find environmental protection materials to complete replacement and disposal.
6.4 Process control.
6.4. 1 The material-using department and the consignor are responsible for keeping the receiving records to ensure the traceability of the goods.
6.4.2 Impurities shall not be intentionally added during the use of materials, and if they are added, the materials shall be tested for harmful substances.
6.4.2 ministry of materials and equipment warehouse keeper shall identify and isolate the stored materials to protect the environment. Materials that do not conform to environmental protection shall not be put into production and use without the approval of the quality supervision department.
6.5 Environmental protection transformation and delivery control of finished products in stock.
6.5. 1 After the environmental protection transformation of the finished products in stock is completed within the period acceptable to customers, the products delivered subsequently meet the environmental protection requirements.
6.5. 1 isolate the finished products in stock, and the materials that meet the environmental protection requirements shall be marked with green environmental protection signs. Materials that do not meet the requirements of environmental protection shall not be provided to customers without the approval of the Quality Control Department.
7. Implement environmental protection standards and requirements that restrict toxic and harmful substances from entering production and quality, and implement hierarchical management of useful toxic and harmful substances.
7. 1 Level 1 management (implemented immediately), stop receiving/prohibiting raw materials and parts containing certain substances in 1-7, and require the third-party testing organization (SGS, ITS) to test the report.
7.2 Two-level management (declaration by manufacturers themselves), items 2-78 mean that manufacturers declare unused substances in their own processes and raw materials.
7.3 Attention should be paid to three-level management (except applicable projects). Attached is a list of harmful substances prohibited in the environment.
