In the past 50 years, Jianye has undertaken more than 10 scientific research and production tasks of national key models, produced batches of high-quality aviation products, and realized the leap-forward development from wooden propellers to metal propellers to composite propellers. * * * Developed and produced more than 36,000 sets of aviation products and marine air propellers represented by aviation propellers, governors, plume pumps, helicopter rotor hubs and tail rotors, and more than 20 kinds of supporting aircraft. All kinds of aviation products developed and produced by the company have won more than 50 national, national defense science and technology system and aviation industry system science and technology achievement awards.
The company has certain advantages in the application of aerodynamics, the design and manufacture of machinery and composite products, complete technical testing and experimental means such as physical and chemical testing, nondestructive testing, performance testing and fatigue testing, and strong manufacturing capabilities, including forging, casting, machining, composite product processing, process equipment manufacturing, heat meter processing, large and medium-sized equipment repair, non-standard equipment manufacturing and precision tools, measuring tools and equipment.
